Large room, clean and fairly comfortable bed. Bathtub was nice. Staff was despondent. Hidden behind a large desk on their phones constantly. No greeting and seemed irritated to be disturbed. Doorman sits on a chair on his phone. No greetings or offers for help with bags. He did assist when I asked him to though. Noise from road, hallways and floor overhead made for very little sleep. The breakfast buffet was from 6 to 8am. Unfortunately it was on the floor directly above my room. They started moving chairs and tables around at 545am. Then very loud guests started heading that way before 6am. They were shouting in the hallway outside my room. The noise continued upstairs. It was impossible to sleep past 545am due to the constant loud noise. The road noise outside was very loud until 12am then started again around 6am. So very little sleep each night. The housekeeping staff was very eager and started cleaning the rooms at 6 or 7am. I had the do not disturb sign turned on but on 2 occasions they came in my room anyway. Once I had left the room for 5 minutes only to come back to them in my room. I was still getting ready for the day. Had just stepped out momentarily to ask a question upstairs. It was 730am. A little early to be rushing to clean the room. No shower curtain or enclosure around the shower so nearly impossible to not get water all over the floor. Slip and fall hazard not recommended for someone elderly or disabled. Water warm but not hot. Bathtub was nice but not good for a large or tall person. First contact from the hotel was a threat. I had to pay for the room through wire transfer and do so within 24 hours of the email or my room would be given away. I contacted the hotel and told them I didn't have a way to wire transfer payment to a Vietnamese bank account. Luckily they agreed to hold the room but I had to pay in cash the full amount upon arrival. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would never stay here again.

The location is close to the center. The room was clean and comfortable. The attitude of front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The room was booked with a view but end up getting a room with no view. Early check in was offered 50% off but front desk rudely insisted to charge 100%. The facility was understaffed.
