One of the two rooms we booked was decently clean, and the beds were comfortable. One of our rooms was disgusting, covered in visible mould with a foul damp smell. We requested a room change, but there was nothing else available so we booked a different hotel for the night. Looking back at the reviews we had missed, this mould has been an issue since over a year ago, in (I believe) October 2022 reviews. There was no urgency in getting rid of this issue either, and we didn't get a refund or compensation. This entire room is not shown in any of the photos, only the nicer rooms are pictured.

The WiFi worked well enough for us to find somewhere less disgusting to stay This is the first time I've ever refused to stay in a hotel. We were given a windowless room so horrifically damp that we left as soon as we'd found a different hotel nearby. We asked for a refund and were told we could have 50% back (despite being in the room for literally 5 minutes). Neither the staff nor guests we encountered had obvious chest issues so I'm guessing the other rooms are fine, so maybe just refuse to take room 101 when you book.

nothing the bed is SO hard, out of the 33 places we’ve stayed at during our two months of travelling this is probably the worst. i don’t think there is any excuse to have such a hard bed. the staff tried with providing us with some extra duvets but honest to god just please save your back and go elsewhere. it’s also super loud - the windows are like single glazed french opening ones which split in two and they don’t meet together so all the noise comes in, one point we thought there was an earthquake and we still have no idea what caused that insane amount of noise. you can hear the businesses surrounding the hotel washing their pots and cutlery outside too as every wall is made out of paper.

The staff were really helpful and polite. The location was fine for getting around the attractions. The room was extremely spacious. It had the worst bed that I have ever slept in. It was rock hard and painful. It was impossible to sleep there. It was also the noisiest hotel I have stayed in. The building was fine but every sound echoed loudly including children screaming and a bus load of people chatting loudly in the street at 5:30 am. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Staff is very polite and room was small but nice and clean. Rented a motorbike and all was okay Second night we found a cockroach in the bathroom which dissapeared into the wall

Very close to popular areas for tourists in dalat, the staff were very kind and friendly. Can get a little noisy. Late night, early morning.

Nothing Room looked nothing like the pictures Mould everywhere Bed was rock hard Was on bottom floor and could hear anyone in reception with loo roll covering the gaps above door to stop noise bit obviously didn’t work Had a dead cockroach in bathroom for 3 days
