Insects were inside room

Great, spacious room and breakfast. Also view from the balcony was stunning. Not that many coffee shops or bars in the walking distance.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Great location. Close to tourist places, but far enough to be away from the crowds. No real complaints. Shower could be a bit tricky to get the right temperature, but not really a big issue.

The hotel looks nice from the outside. The staff was trying to be helpful given the circumstances. The bed had blood stains on the sheets and the sheets smelled very used. So we changed rooms and the new room was in the basement and it was full of mold. We were not given any other option when we pointed out the mold and it was late at night so we stayed. We were promised a new room the next day but we did not get offered a new room the next day. We were supposed to stay two nights but we decided to leave after one night given the circumstances. The reception staff also don’t speak English so it was very hard to communicate with them. We asked them to book us a bus. They told us that they booked the bus and they confirmed it twice. At 1am we found out that the bus was not booked so another receptionist had to book us a new bus in the middle of the night.

Clean and quiet Staff does not speak English, and also have very unwelcoming attitude. Breakfast is not good for western taste

GOOD! Perfect

Spacious suite. Mostly fairly quiet. A little out of the centre, but only 30,000 dong for a Grab taxi to the centre. Smiling, helpful staff on reception. Hard bed, rather hard sofa, limited breakfast for western tastes. Breakfast staff all seemed miserable.

Well maintained, clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was adequate but justified for the price. There was some noise from the street but it wasn’t as bad as comments we read. Location in a residential area meant that noise reduced during the night. We extended our stay for another night and would recommend it. A menu was provided in the room guide, indicating that there was a restaurant but the restaurant was never open.

A complete scam, the people took us to another location 3kms away, and put us in two apartments when we booked 1. They overbooked us then tried to say “ we don’t take credit cards” Misleading advertising or an intentional ruse, meaning fraud. When we get back to Sydney we will call Holland Booking.com to Como,ain. Caused a lot of stress for my kids and wife. Thanks Douglas Devine

Exceptional

The room was very spacious and the balcony had a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were accommodating when we needed help. There was construction happening on the third floor of the hotel while we were staying. One of the days we had gotten up early for a tour and tried to sleep in the afternoon but our room was shaking. We didn’t receive any warning of this and it wasn’t very relaxing.

Big room. Variety of breakfast each day was good. Cleanliness. Value. Set in a residential area...so took a while to get to center of town and road infrastructure to get there was a challenge...but this is also a positive as you stay away from the tourist crowds and don't hear traffic or the city noise.

Pleasant

The people working there were very helpful and nice and tried their best to help us as much as possible. 1. We had the room on the 2nd floor which looked very nice but from 5am until the end of the day there is a very strong and linear sound because the kitchen is just above which makes it very noisy, impossible to sleep and relax. 2. They changed us room to put us B2 (there is a window as it is on an hill) but it was a little smaller and the bed was just next the bathroom and at the head of the bed (and mostly there) it was smelling very strongly moistures (impossible to sleep). We asked to do something, they put some products (a bit aggressive for the nose after a few times) which took of the smell for a few hours and then it was again and again. The last day, there was an additional terrible smell from the bathroom, we would not let the door open and barely breathe there as it was horrible. 3. The breakfast was really poor and not that good. 4. When we booked, it was written that we had access to a late check in (we chose it partly for this) but when we wanted to confirm with them, they said no (which updated me a lot) and that usually even if we don’t have it we can stay 1h more but they were fully booked so no. 5. They say in the welcome book in the room that they do the laundry but it is not true, they can if we « oblige » them but they want to discourage people by having a price per clothe we put and a very high so we went to Blue Wash down the street.

Rooms were clean and modern, staff were very helpful.
