You can walk 600m to Xuan Huong Lake. The hotel has a private motorbike parking, and you can also park cars/ motorbike in front of the hotel. The 1st floor elevator's door is quite slow. The toilet has no exhaust fan.

The property is located in the city centre, there are a lot of restaurants nearby, also there are a lot of bike renting agencies around. Staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Room keys are actual keys which is a little bit inconvenient

Location is okay. Most hotel staff are not friendly. Was given a room with table light not working and broken slippers. WiFi is unstable. No tissue paper provided. Breakfast with limited choice and quantity. Overall customer experience is not good.

The staff were amazing and helped us organise our day trips and onward travel. They were super helpful with all our requests. The hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and the lake.
