Hotel staff entered room when I had DO NOT DISTURB sign on door. I specifically said do not clean my room. I had to switch hotels because I did not feel safe.

Absolutely lovely hotel in a great location in Dalat. The rooms are very spacious, with great amenities, very comfortable beds and great showers. I was travelling with friends, and we were warmly welcomed by Dao, who really assisted us and made our stay extra special. Thank you, Dao, and to the entire team at Sweet Lavender Hotel. I would highly recommend it, and if I ever return to Dalat, this would be the first place I would stay at.

Just a short stay but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is on a busy street though so it was quite noisy in the morning with traffic. The room was enormous!

Everything about this accommodation was great. Excellent value for the price. Lower part of walls were a bit scuffed but nothing a coat of paint wouldn't solve

Location was amazing, really close to most of the restaurants & cafes we wanted to try. We were concerned about the lack of AC, but the fan was more than sufficient. We also really liked that there was a screen between the toilet & shower - not that common in Vietnam so we loved this. Comfy bed & pillows and spacious room. If we had to be really picky, our door didn’t close properly so every time we shut it we caused a massive bang which we didn’t like from a disturbing other guests pov.

Our fifth floor balcony had lovely city view and room for comfy chairs. The bathroom was fairly spacious, bed was comfortable.
