I showed up and showed them my confirmation which was still active and they told me it was cancelled on their end, even though I had not been told this at all. They then said they were completely booked and no one helped me with anything further. I was left standing in the lobby alone with more questions as everyone disappeared and no one let me use a bathroom while I figured things out, or make a phone call to booking, or help with direction questions or even giving the wifi for me to find a new place. The experience left me completely uninterested in staying in Dalat. I haven’t had any problems with all of the other places I have stayed at in Vietnam through using Booking.com, so I was extremely disappointed with this experience and the staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Poor communication and too much uncertainty if you’ll even end up having a place to stay, which is the last thing you want. I had booked this so far in advance that they definitely had time to communicate and check in with me. Terribly run.
