the room is bigger than what i expected. for muslim, it has enough space to pray. the room is a bit rundown but clean. a good place to stay!

The location is quite good, enough cafes around. The staff is friendly and helpful, answers to messages and calls quickly (they are not at the reception most of the time, don't hesitate to call). You can buy water from them as there were no good shops around Our room was upgraded but it was quite dusty and cold (the window didn't close properly), we had to ask for toilet paper and kettle

First day came they didn't clean the room, we have to ask them to clean it again since i clearly saw hairs on table and beds. No shampoo or shower gel were provided also, we had to request the owner.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Super great location, near all the spots and very quiet. Strong wifi, clean bathrooms and there was a lift We were satisfied with the double room but there was no windows in single room (actually there were small ones) so the room was quite suffocating.

Hotel's address in alley - Hoang Van Thu street Receptionist is not available. Room is not clean 7h AM this hotel have not still open door so my friend did not go out to have breakfast. We have to go upstairs to find the receptionist to open the door
