Friendly and helpful staffs, clean facility and comfortable bed, especially great quality bath towels. House keeping daily and new bath towels. Front desk was always clean. Great location and many eateries around. Great family own business and definitely recommend. None

If I could give this hotel 100 stars I would. It is the best we have stayed in over our years traveling Asia. If comfortable, friendly, beautifully equipped to make your stay perfect. With free tea, coffee, sweets and fruit. The owners have really pushed the boundaries to make this hotel a bit special with its comforts. The location is quiet with a lovely restaurant opposite but still only 1km from town.

absolutely great! the family that owns and runs the hotel is super friendly and helpful. the room is very nice with a comfortable seating option and a sunny balcony. the shower is great. everything is in walking distance with good coffee shops and restaurants around.

We stayed here for 11 day after extending our initial 7 days! Lovely hotel with kind family owners. Comfy room & no noise from outside. Great location from everything. There was free fruit, coffee, tea, protein shakes etc which was cool Nothing!

It's the best hotel I've ever lived with that price. Very clean, the shower is very strong, friedly satffs and great location. .

Cozy setting made possible by the calming serenity of the balcony curtains dancing in the wind. The balcony provides an Interesting perspective of the community as you sip on tea or relax with your pets. The staff are exceptional and available at anytime. The property is a few minutes away from delicious and affordable restaurant and a 25 minute walk to downtown.

Loved the place. The rooms were very clean, cozy and Spacious. There are some good coffee places around the corners. Crazy house is at walkable distance from the property. Tiger, the man at the reception was really helpful. Would highly reccomend this hotel to everyone.

Room is clean and spacious. The location is at Ward 4, about 10mins walk from the main area but you can still get plenty of food in the area, just it is less congested in comparison to Ward 1. The staff are attentive and helpful. They also speak decent English, so no worries about language. Just a recommendation to hang rack for toiletries inside the shower part so don't have to place it on the floor

Very helpful staff and organized reasonably priced tour and ensured I got on to the night bus easily when leaving. Also helped me with transferring payment to another hotel. Gave good recommendations throughout and did my laundry in super fast time.

The beds were so comfy and the room was spacious, the man who was at reception (Tiger) was so friendly and helpful! It was about a 15min walk to the shop but no where is perfect for location in Da Lat

+Wonderful rooms, all clean, new and beautiful +Great value for money +The staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in early when I arrived from my flight before noon +They have a kitchen corner with filtered water and kitchenware (plates, bowls, cutlery etc) The location is a bit of a walk away from the center but definitely doable either with a walk or grabbike. If the hotel really wants to be eco-friendly as the name suggests, they should not have small (350ml) plastic water bottles in the rooms, and they should replace the small single-use shampoo and body wash bottles with bigger refillable containers
