Check- in process was smooth. Very clean and spacious hotel. Friendly staff and attentive to the guests. Although, there was no breakfast in the hotel but restaurants were very accessible around the area. None

Simpl hotel, “posh local “ with good beds and nice staff. 10 minutes walk from town centre but this local neighbourhood is far superior to central. Next door a great com ga shop, next to that a hood pho place . Over 33 5 minutes walk and because you are right next to university coffee shops galore. All good

I am impressed by the hotel service. The hotel took the initiative to send me reminders & instructions. The staff were friendly & ready to help although some are not well versed in English. The lady staff speaks good English & we were able to communicate well with her. She had responded to my queries promptly before our trip. We enjoyed our stay. The tv console was not properly cleaned & a bug body was not removed. These are small issues though. Basically, the room was in a clean & comfortable stay.

Everything was amazing! It started with a smooth and great communication with the hotel. They organized a motorbike for us and we liked it so much that we extended our trip one more night and got offered a great room.
