Very comfortable bed, great value, quiet location. Good value simple breakfast with a good cup of coffee. A little smelly in the bathroom.
-
Quiet, off Main Street but close to restaurants. Proprietors very caring and greacious hosts. No problems or inconveniences at all.
-
Extremely comfortable bed. 4 pillows. Great water pressure and hot water. Nice enough breakfast. Good location. Very cheap. Great value for money.

Great location Great value for money, big comfy bed, nice shower, breakfast. Big TV with netflix The room is very small, was ok for us, but if you have many bags it can be difficult.

Clean comfortable hotel. Very quiet. The staff was so helpful with information. Breakfast was good. Great value. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Dalat.

It was a small room but I had everything I needed including a kettle and a hairdryer! Shower was good. Breakfast was simple but perfect and most importantly location excellent and the price, great value for money! Staff were kind and helpful. Nothing to not like!

The room I booked was small, OK for one but two would struggle. For example, the bed was flush to the wall on one side with about one metre of space on the other. The bathroom shower was not in a cubicle but in the same room as the lavatory. Water was hot. The room was clean and quiet, had a window. I paid VND305000 on Booking. I have now discovered that is too much for such a room as I am now in another hotel for the same price much bigger room regular bathroom with shower unit. I asked what the walk in price was and he told me VND320000 which insulted my intelligence and made me question his! Breakfast included just eggs and toast, banana and tea. The state of the kitchen was horrendous and there's a lavatory adjacent which would be illegal in most countries. No water refill which is a big negative for me. Also there's an undisclosed surcharge: 3% for credit card payment. Thanks ?????? I slept OK and the TV was good. If you're a couple you can definitely do much better for the same price. I wouldn't stay again

The staff were lovely and very helpful. They rang our bus company to arrange pick up for us. The room was small but cosy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, you can feel the springs

Location is central, quiet and walkable. Room was small but had a great big window with a view so I really appreciated that. Bed was super comfortable as well. Staff is very kind and speak English. Light but filling breakfast is provided (coffee, banana, eggs). Unfortunately it is not a hostel, but rather 4 floors of private rooms. You will probably not meet anywhere unless you're passing them on the stairs (no lift).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hello Dalat. It was in a lovely location that was quiet but not too far from the lake. The room was small, but having the patio made up for it. No AC was fine as it was cool enough without. Staff were fantastic with helping us arrange onwards travelling and cooking delicious breakfast each morning. Could not recommend here more! No water provided but you could purchase for cheap.

It is a lovely place with very modern fittings. It is in a quiet alley, just off a main street so it was very quiet at night. The room was cool and clean, the bed very comfortable and two pillows each. The showers was superb and hot water immediately. There was a little garage for the motorcycle. There was a good breakfast included of eggs, bread and toast. A really good place to stay and a great nights sleep Nothing. It was perfect

The room was very clean and simple, small but very good value for money. The shower was hot and had good pressure and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Location was nice, close to the centre but in an alley to it wasn’t too loud by Vietnamese standards.

Pretty good location and clean room. Breakfast was good. Recommend for a short stay. Room was pretty small for two people.
-
Very helpful staff, big room with 2 bathrooms, very comfortable bed Breakfast could have more choice than only eggs. Fresh milk instead of instant milk would be appreciated

Location is down a side street/alley, so it is quiet. The staff were helped us contact the cab company and confirm pricing. For groups of 4: It was the only shared room accommodation type during our trip through all of Vietnam that had two toilet rooms, which was convenient to have. Good value for no frills, basic accommodations Some slight mold in the bathrooms
