This is a really cute hotel! Great value and location! A short walk to the lake and all the action in the Centre without all the noise and heavy traffic. The room wasn’t large but really well laid out and comfortable. The hotel staff and owners were all very lovely and helpful. If I needed anything they were very accommodating (steam iron, water, laundry etc). Highly recommended.

Location, staff, room was very nice for the price, and they secured my motorcycle. No complaints.

The room was very clean and comfortable ,the beds were comfortable and the shower clean. The owners upgraded the room for us free of charge and were extremely nice and welcoming. Great value for price. Everything was great.

Good location, easy check in and out, clean room, good value Courtyard at back is not the best view. Also had really noisy neighbours, one kept us up late playing music, and then another morning at 5am they were talking/shouting loudly. Ironically not a ‘silent night’

Amazing staff!!

The family who run the hotel are very accommodating, some speak English and those who don't are happy to help with Google translate. They helped us book buses, scooter rental and didn't overcharge like other hotels have. Rooms were clean. Showers were hot and great water pressure. Location is very central. Great food options within 20 meters. Like everywhere we have stayed when you shower, the bathroom floor gets very wet. No air-conditioning, but wasn't needed there as it is quite cool in DaLat..

The staff was especially helpful, allowing us early check-in at no extra charge. Great location and clean rooms. The bed was a bit uncomfortable because the mattress pad was missing.

Stuff was super friendly, cannot complain. Too far from center, there was not even one restaurant/cafe close to hotel for breakfast. No travel agency near by. I did not like the location at all. The room had no mirror on the walls.

The hotel lobby is open, clean and inviting and similar to many of the other nice hotels. The receptionist spoke some English and the manager spoke excellent English. We were offered an upgraded room without asking, which was larger. Our room was comfortable with a nice view. It had a queen bed, enclosed shower, toilet and sink. A built in wardrobe to hang clothes with multiple shelves and drawers to store your things, a small table with stools and a make up table and mirror. Although the rooms were not newly updated or luxurious, they were comfortable and a good value. The outstanding part of our stay was the helpfulness of the staff and manager. They will go out of their way to assist you and give you advice on restaurants, sightseeing or whatever you need. We felt that this made our stay in Da Lat much more enjoyable. As newer hotels enter the market, these smaller, older hotels will have to renovate to stay current. We feel that more attention to updating interiors will be a positive influence on making this good hotel better.
