Prime location Came back first night to gates to be locked so I couldn’t get into the hotel for 10 minutes. There was a number to call but I’m not from Vietnam so it wouldn’t go through

Nice hotel, comfy bed. Great Led lighting in the bathroom! The ladies at reception upgraded us to a garden view room which we appreciated. No AC in room but it didn’t bother us :)

Good location and good size room however we felt the room/bathroom just wasn’t clean

Van was lovely and gave us an upgrade for free, despite not even asking for one. All staff were attentive and rooms were clean with Netflix ect.

staff is friendly and helpful room size and facility is good and clean the toilet wooden door in the double bed room is unable to lock (204) there is no clothes hanger in the bathroom (201)

good location close to coach station furniture broken, loud noise all night which I was told the battery in the lift which needed replacing

The property overall is very nice! Clean and comfortable, great location, lots of food choices around. Extremely amazing staff! The only thing I would add is some hangers in bathroom for towels.

The room was clean but there was cockroaches and geckos in the room, and it smelled like smoke in the room because we were on the bottom floor.
