The family owning Belle Amour is extremely nice and helpful. Ready to help anytime and do far more than what would be expected for normal helpful people. Without asking for anything they have upgraded me to the biggest room they have, which has 2 bathrooms aswell as a large room and a separate living room. Brilliant ! Thank you for everything and for all the advices.

Lovely stay. Would highly recommend! Good size room with comfortable bed, nice bathroom & working TV. No AC but wasn’t needed at the time of stay - they do have working fans though. Really friendly & helpful hosts. Only a 5 minute walk to the centre/night market. N/A

Nice rooms and friendly staff. We told the guy at the reception desk we were cold at night and he gave us an extra duvet. The noise from other people in the corridor and in the room was quite loud in our room. We asked at the reception if they could ask someone to turn down their television because we could hear it so loud in our room at midnight. Also, our window in our bathroom didn’t close, but I think this was to ventilate it. Apart from this, everything was lovely.

Lovely little family run hotel set back from the main road so reasonably quiet. Lovely light airy room with plenty of space and a nice bathroom. Spotlessly clean. The real highlight is the manager who is so communicative responsive helpful and friendly and was a massive help to me during my stay going above and beyond helping me find places to go speaking to companies on my behalf and making sure I had a good room and everything I needed during my stay. Seriously recommend this place!

As soon as we booked, the amazing hostess was in touch with us, as it was early before check in time, we just wanted to leave our luggage but she made sure that our room was ready as we arrived which was beyond our expectations so we can cool down and relax. She was so welcoming and and helped with all the questions from helping us with the laundry to renting a bike. The room was spacious and airy. Everything felt so clean. The bed and pillows was so comfortable. Good toiletries provided and the beddings smells sooo good. The location is on spot quiet and yet close to everything. She made our stay in Da Lat so unforgettable, she made us feel at home, like her own family. As I wanted to extend our stay I made a mistake on our reservation and she gave us a complimentary upgrade, which was so nice of her ❤️ I also had a little accident where I fell into cold water and she sent me ginger tea to feel better and complimentary snacks and sweets that I loved. I will never forget her amazing kindness and my stay here, definitely recommend ???✨

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The owner was incredibly friendly and kind, making me feel welcome from the start. The service was excellent, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to both the night market and the lake. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future! could be 2 pillows for 1 personal.

Very nice and helpful staff. The rooms are nice and I had the most comfortable bed in all of Vietnam after 3 weeks of traveling. It's a bit cold in the room, but the blankets are warm.

It’s a close walk to the night market and town centre and really convient. The room was really lovely and had two desks and two beds and a kitchen set up with two bathrooms, I felt spoilt because both beds were incredibly comfortable. Shower pressure was also good. You need to go up a quite big hill to get to the property from the main road, any grab drivers I had didn’t offer to take me up the hill which wasn’t really a problem apart from going up and down the hill at the start and end of my stay with my luggage. Especially after rain, the hill becomes slippery and I witnessed someone falling on two occasions.

Very cute rooms. The bathroom has a separated shower so the toilet and rest of the bathroom don't get wet when showering :)

The property was clean and very comfortable, there were plenty of restaurants and coffee spots nearby and it was close to the park for walking or to the night market. Staff were really friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
