ELC Luxury Da Lat Hotel & Apartment

The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable with spotless linens. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the quiet surroundings created a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. This is definitely one of the best value hotels we've stayed in during our travels.

One of the best things about the location is the wide variety of nearby restaurants, cafés, and everyday conveniences.

It was newly furnished, tastefully decorated, and much more spacious than expected. The clean and modern design made it a very comfortable place to relax.

I looked forward to breakfast every morning because the food was consistently delicious and well presented.

I spent quite a bit of time at the hotel's restaurant because the panoramic city view was simply amazing. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city, with beautiful views stretching as far as the eye could see

Very grumpy receptionist, trash in the room when we checked in (and the bathroom floor was still wet), stains on the bedding and no soap in the bathroom to even wash your hands - we only got the "whitening" shower gel" instead. I think bathroom fixtures need maintenance or replacement (there's a big crack on the toilet and the lever to drain the water in the bath was broken)

The hotel staff didn't speak any English. The bath mat in the bathroom was dirty, and the bathroom light was buzzing/crackling.

Great location, close to Da Lat Night Market and many cafés. Everything is within walking distance, which is very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with hot water available at all times. Friendly staff and quick check-in.

There was one staff member who was trying to minimize the damage, I don't want to ruin her experience, but one is not enough This place is literally falling apart, it's sad, dirty and extremely overpriced. Combined with false advertising about their facilities it's a complete mess. They made me so mad, that I even decided to write it all here and make a list. 1) false advertisement - the balcony in the room is not yours, it's accessible from the corridor, so everyone can enter and you can't close the windows properly. 2) There was only one towel per person, they were dirty 3) the room smelled like a swamp, some problems with ventilation and moisture 4) the noise from the street and all the motorbikes and cars was unbearable, impossible to sleep 5) all the toiletries were in little sachets( shampoo and soap) and it's not enough for one person even if you use them all. 6) The heater in the bathroom wasn't working properly, half of the time I've struggled with cold water( and Dalat is cold in the evening) 7) The water itself was rusty and yellowish 8) The dining area was extremely dirty, I mean layers of dust dirty. 9) The breakfast was scarce, not really a complaint considering other points, but there was not enough food 10) The cleaning staff would put bags with trash into a common elevator and just leave it there, so the smell is horrific. 11) The cars were park that way so they would block the door( the main door, Karl) manager didn't do anything about it. Mind you, I don't usually have time for bad reviews I just walk away. But that was so devastatingly bad that I couldn't just keep quiet.

Nothing Rooms were dirty and smelled bad. Much better hotels in the area at similar price. Very noisy and not maintained.

When we didn't like the breakfast offering they found out what we liked and made exactly what we wanted every other day of our trip. Even when we were leaving early the last day they made us breakfast to go.
