Location is near the da lat night market. The bathroom door was broken and there was no hot water to take a shower. The staff were not polite and not helpful.

Staff were really nice and helpful with everything we needed. Location was really good and although it was noisy outside, we couldn’t hear anything in the room. They have an elevator which was comfortable with us staying at the 4th floor. Bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed our balcony and the view. We had hot water in the shower. The room was a bit small.

the location is just near the center. it is convenient to go to downtown the noise insulation is not goof. I heard the noise from lobby.

We stayed only one night. We booked two nights, but our bus was so late that we managed to arrive only to stay for one night. I was very surprised when the girl at the reception said that we can cancel the first night and it will be free, so we paid only for one night!! That’s really great service and acted humanely ❤️ The hotel looking much better than we expected for this price. Location great, staff amazing, amenities good. Recommend! Don’t have photos of the room, but have photo of cool Christmas tree in the lobby ✨

Staff is extremely helpful, sometimes they need to use Google translate, but that's absolutely fine, they helped us with moped rental, bus tickets etc. The room is a bit small, but you know what you book.

Staff were very helpful. Even if they don't speak your language they will use translate to try and help. Lights on the balcony made the room very bright. Noisy at night and early morning, inconsiderate guests mostly. ?

We enjoyed our stay here the reception staff are helpful and booked a taxi for us to the airport as it was early morning. Nice room comfy bed and bathroom with a shared balcony. Also space for scooter parking.

The receptionist ( the lady ) was amazing ! She helped me with my tour... she took care of everything. She is such a nice person. The male receptionist was nice too . I recommend this place a 100% ! Thank you !
