Good location and supportive staff. We came at around 5a.m but the hotel still opened and we could rested on the sofa The room don't have a window although we paid more to upgrade the room. The room and bed sheet are not clean. I won't stay here if I have a longer trip

Things are in urgent need of repairs. Blocked drain, broken showerhead, no lightbulb in lamp... On top of that, every towel had stains on them, even replacement ones we've asked for, hoping to get clean ones...

We had a very well lit room on 2nd floor, room size was adequate for 2 people. Elevator available from parking level to upper floors. One of the best shower pressure with hot water we’ve experienced so far this trip to Vietnam. Good location within 10 minutes walking to Dalat market The noise experienced in our room was terrible! At 7am every morning for our 3 days there the family living there with young children can be heard getting ready and leaving for the day. Then around 9am the cleaning ladies can be heard slamming doors and equipment down the hall. Mot great if you’re planning to sleep in for the morning.

Very good location and rooms were clean. Very very thin walls, smoking in the hallway, hard to communicate with staff and suggest high prices for bus options. Better book yourself via Futa Bus.

Good Location, walking distance to themarket and, far enough from the noisy nightmarket. No make up room, no water refill- we have to ask for the refill. Kettle isn't cleaned.

Nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helped out whenever needed. Motorbike hire was very simple and cheap. The location is also great as it's close to the night market (about a 5 minute walk). Good price for the convenient location. We stayed on the 1st floor and it was quite noisy due to some construction nearby and rooms next door - better sound insulation would help. Pillows were also too big!
