Friendly staff and the view is good. The bed is big and comfortable Looks better in the pictures, it's quite old and wifi didn't work well

The owners are very sweet and helpful. Even with the language barrier we managed to communicate to some extent. The beds were comfortable. The room we were given was not as promised in the description. We were supposed to have a Kitchen attached with a microwave. But we had space for three beds and that's about it. There was also no coffee/tea sachets provided as is customary. There is no elevator. Language is a huge barrier but that can be overcome with Google Translate. This place is ideal if you're from Vietnam, though, since it appears that a lot of the local folk seem to have reviewed it too. Ask for The Rose Room if you want the one in the picture. That's also on the top floor though so good luck if you have extra heavy luggage.

The staff was very nice, rented us motorbikes for 150k per day and helped us with an airport taxi. The room was good sized with a working fan and TV. We had to leave the window open for air (no AC) and it was VERY noisy outside: construction, dogs barking, etc. Also, people smoked inside the building which came into our room, there were kids running up and down the hallways, and the people above us were always moving furniture. Very noisy hotel.

the room is spacious, comfortable beds & the host lady is friendly and offers help frequently. They clean the room daily. place is close to welknown Bánh tráng dì Dinh and other interesting restaurants. Also it feels more local to stay here than in the center. location is within walking distance to Ho Xuan Huong lake but the roads can be quite secluded at night so I didn’t feel secure to walk late

The Rose room is beautiful. Very comfortable and has a great view overlooking Da Lat. The staff were lovely and they allowed us to rent a motorbike for a very reasonable price.
