It was a nicer room. It was clean and tv worked properly. It was a great deal for the price point.

My friends and I went there expecting a clean and comfortable accommodation, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had a very unpleasant, stinky odor. We also found bugs and roaches inside the accommodation. The cleanliness was clearly not up to the standard we expected, and we did not feel comfortable staying there. Because of these conditions, we were unable to stay and requested a refund, but we did not receive anything. We had an agreement that the payment would be refunded, however, we have not received the refund despite this understanding. The place was not clean or comfortable, and we did not feel safe staying there. We were very disappointed with the condition of the accommodation and felt that it did not meet our expectations.

I had to check in through a side window. The first card did not work. The room was hot the whole stay. Small spiders were crawling on the AC.

They let us check in a hour early but refrigerator didn’t work & only gave one towel

Only encountered one employee and i could not understand his dialect. Kept asking him to repeat So called breakfast was a brown bag with a granola bar and a package of muffins and a bottle of water Could not get hot water in the tub and faucet leaked at shower head spraying water on the floor It WAS quiet.
