Honestly was very impressed with this hotel they made the entire experience very simple and easy from parking to breakfast to check out the staff we’re all beyond friendly the room was super cute!! I would absolutely stay here again.

The only issue was my tv was semi broken. Had a weird glare on it but everything else was great.

I use a walker and upon arrival asked for a wheel in shower but was told there is none

Hotel is not in a good part of town. Don't bother picking a room type or trying to check in on the app at this hotel either. If you can, pick somewhere else.

I like how they had a free breakfast and all day brewed coffee available. There was a pool that kids seemed to enjoy. Room was comfortable and staff seemed friendly. Only thing I thought I thought was odd is they charged $20 for hotel guest parking. It was not in a crowded downtown area or anything.

Everybody was very helpful and the location was great for us The free shuttle service was never available

The staff was so amazing!! The room was a great size, the bed was comfortable, the location was perfect! The cookies were delicious! If anything there could have been more tea bags and sugar in the room but that’s about it. Not even a big deal.

Excellent location, clean, friendly, and this may be my favorite pool in DFW. A good deep end, shaded by the building and plenty of comfy seats. NA
