It was clean but not spotless. Fitness center is decent.

The front desk associates were helpful and very accommodating. I didn’t have to ask for anything for my trip. He (Marcus) asked why I was in town for and proceeded to tell me everything I needed and it was appreciated! He definitely told me about all the things I needed about “ LUV”.

This was a great hotel for a quick overnight before an early morning flight. Close to the airport and staff was very nice.

My only complaint was light leak in room from parking lot while trying to sleep before an early flight out

The staff was amazing and hotel was very clean. But the beds by the pool were missing their cushions. 1 elevator was down and the only other one that was working kept getting stuck with people in it several times.

Nasty overnight staff. Inaccurate information. Incredulous that someone representing the company would treat anyone this way. How rude and tacky. Room and air conditioning are old. Hotel is older, not well appointed.

The only thing I did not like is Guest staying at hotel leaving food, cloth and drinks in the pool area.

Staff helpful getting to airport and back. Clean room. Can hear the interstate traffic from room. Other than that good stay and close to Dallas Love Field airport.
