Nice atmosphere, quite and the beds are super comfy

No fridge in the room,

First room had a strong smell. Come to find out shower tub was cracked and a mat was placed on it to cover it up. Requested room change, room clean but everyone has to share microwave located in room with ice and vending machines. Not the luxuries but worth the bargain price.

Tub drain clogged , Protruding smell of dirty rag in in room outdated not recommended will not stay again trusted the 7.6 star rating it was off by 5.

The cleaning staff is awesome…… now the front desk people are very rude and are not truthful at all …..the vending machines and washing machines took almost 10 dollars from me and the constantly say they don’t own them the vending machine I could see but the washers and dryers they definitely own those it’s not right how they take people money….. oh and phone service and WiFi are terrible and they constantly lie about that it’s some rooms it’s like a dead zone

I stay here every time I come to Dallas Tx it’s very affordable and convenient to where you want to go

Most unpleasant stay I ever had. Room was just turned over, not wiped down and thoroughly cleaned. I would give it 2-3 stars just because the manager was so helpful.

I’m not even trying to be rude because the front desk staff were pleasant. That being said, this has got to be THE most disgusting hotel I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. The smell? indescribable.

This wasn’t a good experience. I was given a room that was occupied by someone else, then I was given a room with ac that barely blew and a tv that didn’t work plus no refrigerator or microwave. Last room was decent but too many room changes I will not be back

We weren’t able to get extra towels for the pool, for a 3 day stay. We were told “use the towels in your room!” But they’re dirty! Then, there were soo many roaches!!! And, also, we spotted bedbugs the morning we were leaving. So no telling how many are in our suitcases and clothes. DO NOT STAY HERE!
