Paper thin walls. Rooms lacked space to set items, while the bathroom was oversized.

The rooms are really SMALL, perfect for a singular guest. Everything else is really nice!! Love the fact that the check in desk is a social lounge bar. It's also close to Deep Ellum, which is a great place to eat and socialize. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed my stay and will stay again!

There was no hot water during the stay, when I checked in, the room was unclean, lots of hairs on the bed and floor

Love the simplicity of this place. The value was great as well. Staff was excellent. Very likely to stay again on my next Dallas visit.

Location is close to downtown dallas. You can hear people talking from the other room. Rook size is good for back packers. Bathroom is clean. Staff are good.

Central location & the rooms are nice and clean! Walls are very thin so you will hear if you’ve got a loud neighbour!
