Staybridge Suites Dallas Market Ctr Love Field by IHG

We utilized the shuttle to & from Dallas Love, it didn’t take long to & from and the airport & driver was very prompt. The breakfast was great, too.

The room was recently redone and absolutely beautiful. My one complaint is that the shuttle to the airport purports to run every hour, on the hour.... it left early when I was 10 minutes early for the 4AM shuttle.

At check-in the person before me had an issue with check in. Then I did as well with the employee not able to find my reservation. Same for the person behind me. It took 45 minutes to check in, at midnight. The employee looked confused the entire time and had to call Holiday Inn/Staybridge to walk them through the process of finding the reservation. By the time I was checked in there were six others behind me in line. That doesn’t count those that wanted to buy snacks and then left after waiting. The elevator was down and the employee didn’t seem to know if there was another elevator working. They told me the wrong location for the other elevator as well as the wrong location for the stairs. I understand being new but a new person should not be working alone, esp a night shift at a busy airport hotel.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas, close to the highway and Dallas market center and downtown. I wasn't able to get the 1 bedroom suite I reserved because of high demand from the works cup, but the king suite was sufficient. The highway is also noisy at night and I needed to use earplugs to block the sounds. Breakfast is good, but the selections are the same everyday.

Clean, modern, good location, large rooms. The hot water was always cold in the lobby’s tea/coffee area

Nice bathroom, nice tv, good food there at the restaurant. bed is comfortable and its pretty easy to go in and out of driving wise compared to some other hotels near there.

I liked how it was clean. There was a grill to use at the outdoor pool. It was close to the airport. The highway is loud but it is also part of being in a city near an airport

For a business trip this place is great. Great staff, all are friendly, helpful, and kind. Hotel is up to date and very clean. Breakfast is great. Tons of free parking. I stay here every time I’m in Dallas.

Room was clean and spacious. The amenities were readily available even though we didn’t use all of them. Staff were welcoming we first arrived, ear plugs were offered even though we didn’t need them. The breakfast buffet was balanced with multiple options to choose from and well kept with staff. Everything that was advertised was exactly as pictured. My only issue was the second elevator sounded as it was in dire need of servicing, but other than that the property was safe and secure. With shuttle services available and other dining options available within hotel and walking distance.
