It is inconvenient that to connect to Wi-Fi you have to enter your passport and number every time; at first it didn't work at all, we asked reception to fix it. The air conditioner is bad, blows weakly, you have to wait about 5 minutes after entering the room to turn it on, it is old. It takes an hour or two to cool the room. The shower completely floods the bathroom and the toilet, even though there is a glass partition. Turk Telekom has a poor connection.

Good services and clean

Location great, short walk to the centre of Dalyan. Staff helpful. No fridge in the room. Affter asking, we did get one after a few days into our stay once one was available.

Our 3rd visit. The staff are amazing. It's clean, quiet and a short stroll into town. Nothing,I love this place.

It was fairly close to the centre and river, less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was ok, plenty of food for two people. I stayed with family and all 3 rooms didn't get cleaned once. No card to hang on the door for cleaning. The second before last day my aunty asked if they could clean the room and they agreed. Once returning from the day they looked in and it hadn't been cleaned. We had to ask for new towels and even toilet roll. Some rooms had a kettle, some didn't. Some had a fridge some didn't. We had to ask for a fridge and the staff did get us one. Staff were all just sat about or laid on the sofa chilling, no urgency on the reception desk or the bar. The rooms seemed worn and not well kept from the photos you see online. Won't be staying again.

Breakfast was awful. Understand it’s a Turkish breakfast but no options for toast. The whole experience. The room was dated. The room not once got cleaned. Had to ask for toilet rolls everyday along with new towels. Fridge didn’t work.

Sun beds always available near the pool. A couple of times had to ask for fresh bath towels and toilet roll refill.

Rooms great size, breakfast delicious, towels provided for the pool. Free aircon for rooms. Decent snack bar menu and drinks. Staff were very friendly. We were in the rooms on the top floor, there was no balcony/hooks to dry towels, etc.

Quite. Close to centre (few minutes walk). Parking no problem. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful. Nice size pool. I would recommend it to a friend. No kettle and fridge in room.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff especially Ozgush, really looked after us and went the extra mile Pool area always seemed wet and a bit slippery.. pool was excellent though

I liked the location. Cleaniness is very good.staff are helpful. Locatoon is amazing. The brealfast was really good. Wifi kept disconnecting.

Good location and very quiet

Fantastic hotel really enjoyed our stay here everyone so welcoming and friendly lovely breakfast clean rooms and facilities.

Lovely hotel, really clean, beautiful pool and great breakfast. The location is fab, just a short walk from the bars and restaurants. It was the start of the season so there was a handful of guests staying at the hotel but staff were lovely and really helpful. We stayed in the terrace room which was a great size and the beds are super comfy. Only negative would be that you share the terrace with the neighbours, a privacy fence in between the terrace would be a great addition but it didn't affect us this time as there wasn't anyone staying in the room next door. We had a great stay and we look forward to returning.
