I loved how accommodating the hosts were!! They gave amazing recommendations for what to do and where to go. The property was very clean, pool was very nice, and make sure to get the breakfast! Everything was delicious, homemade, and made with love.

The place is great: nice apartments for a group of 5 adults, pool and breakfast area. They are exactly as shown on pictures. The host are extremely friendly and welcoming. Very good value for money!

Nothing. This hotel mostly the conduct of its owners will leave this mark on our family for the rest of our lives. Please avoid for your own safety, even the steep marble stairs are a liability. The fact our 2 year old son fell from the large, unprotected, fully opening, fully accessible, 3RD FLOOR window, miraculously surviving with a punctured lung, all the emotional, physical and financial distress and who can be sure our young son will not develop some future medical condition as a result of thid horrendous fall. I asked the hotel owner why he had not fitted opening restrictors to the window. This is what he said, (paraphrased) "we have had no cause to justify taking such measures in our 17 years of operating" Yes he actually freaking said this whilst our little son lay in hospital lucky to be alive, thanks to this obnoxious reckless oaf. Although on running me back to airport he stopped to buy a bag of chocolates and sweets. That's the value this shallow piece of work placed on our little boy. Do not be taken in by this guy's superficial magnaminous spiel he puts on, its a false phony fake facade. He has rejected our claim for compensation of course, so its going legal. AVOID.

Good breakfast. There's pool and fridge in the room. Comfortable bed. The owner is nice and chatty and arranged a boat trip with hotel pick-up and a taxi for us. The owner requested payment in cash rather than card which ended up costing us more. I'd advise to bring enough € to pay for your stay in cash. There are no lights or light switches by the bed.

Family run, friendly, spacious, comfortable and clean. What more could I ask for? Will be returning. Thank you? Found the pillows too firm for me, but that is a personal preference.

The hotel is centrally-located but in a quiet side-road. It's only a few minutes' walk into town. Breakfast was excellent: varied, home-cooked and very tasty. Enver was very helpful and spoke English well. His wife is an excellent cook. The pool was great and good to have when temperatures were hot. Everything was good!

Lovely hosts. Good location to main town. Nice and quiet. Good breakfast and food options Economy room on here advertised with a balcony. There is no balcony. Small room. Lack of storage. Only work top to put things were ontop of the fridge. Spoke to owner and I don't know if this site needs to take responsibility for room description or owner. In anycase it needs changing as I would not have booked room if I knew it had no balcony. It states balcony overlooking gardens. Room door actually looks onto laundry area at back of hotel. Was quiet though to sleep

Been going to Dalyan for years, wish we’d stumbled upon this place sooner. Just fabulous, spotless, food is delicious especially the meatballs. Enver is such a lovely man, his wife & the other lady are just so lovely. This will now be our home from home when staying in Dalyan. There was nothing to dislike.

Property was clean, comfortable, great breakfast and great location. Ordered an evening meal too which was delicious! The owner also booked an excellent boat trip for us. Lighting in bathroom very poor.

Great hotel close to town centre and harrbour. The hosts were kind and cheerful. If you are going to the town in the evening, bring mosquito repellent!

Breakfast was a bonus each morning and the staff were so helpful. It was a very small aparthotel and very friendly and relaxing. Will definitely return.

Lovely family run hotel.nothing too much trouble for our hosts. Lovely breakfast, and even when we got up late they made us some breakfast. Loved our late night chats with Enver the owner. Kettle and fridge in room. Enver arranged airport pick up and also our onward travel to ovacik. Also saved our legs a couple of times by taking us into town on his electric bike, although it's only a ten minute walk to turtle roundabout. Nothing to dislike.

The room was very small. We couldn’t unpack our clothes as wardrobe door wouldn’t open due to Draw not opening properly. Air con leaked causing a puddle on balcony so got very slippery. Big step up and down to balcony and no chairs to sit on. Room states that you can come and go as you please but we got home at 3am to find front door locked. Next morning at 8.30am we went to collect our belongings and cleaner had opened door with bunch of keys. Owner said we should have went and spoke to him which we had tried the day before (about the state of room) and he wasn’t there. In the morning he was in bed. He refused any refund so paid for 10 nights only stayed 1 night.

disappointing Fridge and kettle in room Dangerous stairs Dangerous balcony Dangerous surface around swimming pool Cramped sunbed area Cramped breakfast area , no choice to choose a breakfast table , had to eat on the same table as other guests No security for room keys , room keys could easily be taken from reception area . Lack of cleaning , toilet bins not emptied on a daily basis No smoking policy non existent, guests smoking in breakfast area next to smoking guests. Very poor wifi signal. Toiletries consisted of diluted handwash

Everything!

Breakfast The accessibility to the room was dangerous, only accessible by three flights of dangerous stairs the sensor lights in hallway went out to soon. There was no light near the bed so you had to find your way into bed in the dark. Balcony was dangerous. Stayed 11 nights, room was only cleaned twice, bed linen was stained and towels were dirty.
-
Our stay was super nice, staff couldn't have been nicer and helped us with everything we needed, recomending and booking tours to enjoy the area, turkish breakfast was great and super big, room and swiming pool were nice and as shown in pictures, location was great just 5 minute walk from downtown, and a great value for money The shower didn't have a door so bathroom gets wet when showering

My wife and I had a great time staying at Karaca Apart Hotel. I already knew the owner Enver was very helpful, but he exceeded my expectations. As soon as we arrived, he helped us plan our trip and made all the arrangements for us. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was lovely. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more.
