Clean and tidy. Had everything you could need for a short stay. Nothing I didn't like

The villa was spacious,clean and comfortable with a good, central location. The host, Aziz was very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make our trip special. Nothing to dislike.

Unbelievably good. The villa had everything you could ever wish for. Every room had cool Aircon which was a life saver as the midday outside temperature was 39C. Washing machine, great coffee machine, towels, dishwasher, washing machine, spacious, impeccably clean, and 10 minutes walk to the town centre. We had a superb time and in the unlikely event that you need help, Aziz is easily contactable and WILL sort it out pronto, just ask/phone. Absolutely nothing unless you are a princess on a number of mattresses with a pea at the bottom. There are NO negatives

Perfect base for our holiday in Dalyan. The villa was great value: lots of room, three loos, two bathrooms, a kitchen with everything we needed, good wifi and a lovely, decent-sized pool that we shared with a couple in the villa opposite. The town centre was only a few minutes' walk away but the area was surprisingly peaceful - sometimes all you could hear were birds and the sound of palm leaves rustling in the breeze. The owner is a lovely guy and incredibly helpful. He organised our transfer by car from Fethiye 60km away for a bargain price and took us to Dalaman airport for our flight home for a lot less than the official transfer firms were offering. Overall a great stay. Couldn't fault it for this price in August.

Location very central. Pool reasonable sized, although would be a squeeze if all 3 villas were full and using it simultaneously. Host lives next door and very attentive and helpful, flexible about our booking in time and helpful when issue with return taxi, even offered to drive us to airport himself. Villa good size. Spacious living areas, with plenty of chairs to relax in, a pleasant change from hotel rooms. Lots of towels. Plentiful bathrooms. Washing machine, fridge freezer and dish washer all good. Clean. Air con and all amenities included in price and worked well. Price exceptionally reasonable for August. Neighbours from adjacent villa noisy and didn’t stick to pool time rules- although our owner noticed and tried to address this- not his fault. Think this was unusual and I guess a risk you take with a shared pool. Bedding: no duvets only thick, rough top covers. Few large cups/mugs and mostly chipped, although rest of kitchen was well supplied, but take a tea towel.

Close proximity to town. Clean and spacious. Didn’t realise pool was shared with 2 other Villas.

Host was easy to contact before arrival and arranged transport and was at the property when we arrived. He was so helpful to us nothing was too much trouble. One bed in particular was not comfortable and had a very noisy frame so turning over in bed was noisy. The kettle and toaster in the kitchen were difficult to use. Lid on kettle was not a good fit toaster did not pop bread out when finished .
