This is a typical high use suburban hotel. Most everyone there stays probably just for a night. It's not a bad hotel, but it is undergoing renovation, which it probably needed. There was a lot of dust, and every wall on my floor had painters tape stretched along its hallways, which isn't a show stopper just unsightly. There were also a lot of new equipment (a large stack of new AC units was in the entryway) scattered throughout the property, but again, the property is undergoing renovation. It's not a bad place to stay and is convenient: there is a Walgreens essentially adjacent to the property, a couple of Publixes not too far distant, and numerous restaurants and gas stations, etc. nearby so it is a convenient property. The beach might be two miles away in one direction and the highway is maybe two miles in the opposite direction.

Spend a night and the room was clean and had a good night sleep

Rooms were clean the shuttle to the airport was on time and easy to access

1.5 miles away to Hollywood Beach. Plenty of nightlife at the beach. Rooms recently remodel. With a fair price. I save about $200 per stay between the shuttle and free breakfast.

Great Shuttle service to/from airport. Breakfast could improve specially the eggs, they should be real eggs not egg replacer. I did not receive the room I was expecting since the one I paid for was given to someone else. It supposed to be 2 queen beds, instead I received a king and a sofabed that felt like a prison bed.

The lady at the front desk was nice but totally understaffed. My door did close properly and they wanted me to spend the night regardless of safety concerns. Overbooked and could not change rooms. I do not mean the locking mechanism... looked like it was ripped off the hinges and not put back properly. The hotel was under renovation and a mess. The big dealbreaker was RATS.... no thank you. Do not recommend!!!

To start. The safe in our room was locked from previous guests and we had to wait a day before they unlocked it. The bathroom faucet handle came off and we waited from morning when we mentioned until the evening when it was replaced with a new tap. Pool cleanliness - water was very dirty! Rooms on our floor were under renovation so room furniture was lying throughout the entire hallway outside of our room. We stayed for two nights and room wasn’t cleaned during the the two days- no garbages changed or even a sweep or a mop . I had to ask for a broom to sweep our room as we had 4 adults and two kids. I had to change our garbages and discard them. I had booked to come back after our cruise and while I was there I cancelled my reservation . I liked that I was close to a Walmart and Publix and 30 min walk to the beach. Unfortunately I had a motel experience not a hotel experience that I had paid for!

Close to my work destination. Short drive to beaches. Shops close by for food and toiletries, ie Walgreens/Walmart. Coffee and breakfast items in the morning. The shower was nice. It is under remodeling so that has affects some rooms and the property appearance. I’m sure when it’s complete the hotel will be much nicer.

No tv at all, the ac was limited to 75 degrees. Went to the front desk they would not let me change rooms. Very unprofessional front deck clerk.

Breakfast was pretty good Mildew/mold smell in room. Water seeped through floor tile.

Location was good It was in the middle of a remodeling transition and the paint smell was horrible. They had furniture all over just very mis organized
