Hollywood Gardens Inn & Suites

We booked two rooms through Expedia but when we got to the hotel there was no one at the front desk. We had to call a number and wait for someone to come from a different location to check us in. The check in process was confusing because the guy had a hard time understanding what we were trying to communicate, but once we figured everything out the rooms were great, clean and well kept. Parking was close to our room and easily accessible. Over all a good place to stay l.

There was a cigarette burn on my bed, there was ripped plastic all the way around, there was no light shade on my lamp, the kitchen was disgustingly, dirty, there was no mirror in the bathroom and I never got my money back. Didn't even stay there the second day it was so nasty.

If you want to get shot or be robbed please stay here. This place is trash to the point that I didn’t want to stay even that I paid.

I still haven’t got my security deposit back

This place was way better then all the high end places we gone and this place was amazing the front desk person was really nice I will come again.

To be honest, the photos don't show the real place. It definitely needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning, especially considering the price I paid. I wouldn't stay there again, but if you absolutely need something or where to saty urgentlyit probably recommends for last opcion, just not for a long stay.

The room didn't really clean

They were very friendly and helpful and kept the pool clean

I do not recommend the facility unless you need a place to live. Pool lacked chlorine and guests were allowed to do as they wish depending on who was at the window. Stove does not work. Room had two television with one not working. Shower had no shower head. There were no lamps or trash cans in the room.

No breakfast terrible room right by the receptionist got no sleep! Parking was horrible too! Will not be going back

Nothing. It was dirty not clean at all. Issues with a broken bed, weird water pressure in the bathroom sink, no trash can and just everything is old and broken. The walls are thin and the area is below average. It doesn’t look like the pictures at all, it is way more dingy. Very disappointed, especially for the price. Did not expect something like that, so dirty and a weird smell as well.

Nothing Everything was awful dead giant roaches everywhere! My bed was pre slept in! I didnt spend a single night there i went home where i had no plumbing instead.

Nothing The worst part is that there was dog hair in my bed linens and I didn’t want to be a hassle so I asked for replacements and their sorry excuse that they couldn’t get into the closet where the linens were was absolutely sad.

It wasn’t so bag The whole wasn’t bad, but once she turned the sheets over, the sheets wasn’t cleaned at all. They have a real bad termite problem.

Not clean, room was hot, dangerous premises

Everything was great . Love the staff energy .. can’t wait to come back

I wouldn’t book here. Thin walls, and rude workers not a hotel neither it’s a motel
