Little slow check in and everything is good. Room is large. Has refrigerator and huge microwave plus additional sink outside bath room

Moderately satisfying, safe, fairly clean, you will find ladies and gents body hair all over even after cleaning or at a new check in. Friendly staff, good amenities. You get what you pay for.

The hotel was perfect and so was all the staff. Expedia, however had sent me confirmation od my reservation and forgot to notify the hotel, creating a problem for the desk clerk. He handled the mess Expedia created with extreme patience and a lot of hard work. The staff at Comfort Inn was very kind and understanding. The hotel was magnificent! Expedia, not so.

All the staff I encountered were very approachable and patient when answering my inquiries. The room I stayed was very clean. Breakfast was fine. Parking lot was big enough to accommodate guests. Also the location was near shopping malls or restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay. I’ll book again at this location if I need one in the future. Price per night was reasonable.

Hotel rooms are nice with a generous bath, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Hotel is well maintained with an outstanding breakfast selection, not need to find a breakfast restaurant. Access is limited for this hotel to US-1 southbound only due to divider fencing on highway so plan not to miss entrance. Overall, excellent hotel

Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Room was a good size. Convenient kitchenette with sink and larger size fridge with a freezer. Very comfortable beds, bedding, and pillows. Included hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Very clean. Quiet other than when people used the ice machine in the hall. Shower was narrow. Installing shampoo dispenser in a different location would have helped. Mostly a continental breakfast but good enough on the fly. We would recommend this hotel and stay again if in the area.

Great hotel and staff! Property is very clean and updated. Close to Salem and Boston as we went for a Vacation. Overall, a great experience!

Very nice hotel

Everything was great! Nice breakfast choices, easy on and off highway, comfortable beds and lots of parking available. Zero complaints.

I liked the convenient location, the clean and comfortable room, and the friendly staff. The property was quiet and well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Staff were rude and breakfast was over by 9am. When we accidentally went into the dining area 4 minutes after breakfast ended, the kitchen worker literally screamed at us to leave and was incredibly unhelpful in explaining that breakfast had closed.

Nice property, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location for visiting the North Shore.

Reserved king size bed. Boyfriend is 6’1”. When we checked in the man at desk said only 2 double beds. There is no number we can find to call directly and book through your staff. We were forced to use a 3rd party app. Even so, you take the reservation thru them, but you don’t keep it. I’m very dissatisfied and it was late at night, staff guy said the 2 double bed room was only option or stay at another hotel. Rude. Room had towels for 1 person, and bathroom set up was very small. Would like a response to this.

Everything we expected. Nice clean room ext. Less than 25 minutes from Gloster and Rockport , at about half the price

Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is conveniently located for getting to Boston. The staff are pleasant. The breakfast is a good way to start the day.

Also I reported at check in that the sink was clogged and no one came to fix it during the stay . All over all it was simply good .
