The location is absolutely great. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The lady at the reception was rather rude, her tone of voice was out of place this time around. Otherwise, my experience has always been fantastic staying at the city blue, the staff are always super fantastic.

Clean and classy property at a great location. Recommend for anyone looking for a good experience with comfort and style . Roof top pool and bar well situated. Internet was not available for 2 days and that stressed me and disrupted my whole travel and everything internet that i needed. There was no backups and was completely unacceptable situation.

The location is pretty central to places I wanted to go

They need to improve on the food. The taste and variety of the food can be better.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and how spacious they were. I also like the attitude of the support staff who attended to us flawlessly I didn't like the manager, who was of Indian decent - with the amount of money we were spending at the facility, he seemed so negative and with very poor customer care skills

The towels are worn out needs a change.

The hotel is nice, new (in a city with many old buildings) and a good value for the money. The location is quite far from the center, I had not realized it in advance but the neighborhood is considered a safe one, I just took a 20 min uber back and forth. There is a nice cafe right in front. The staff was amazing during my entire stay. I forgot a credit card inside the safe after check out and the manager took it upon himself to send it to my next hotel via boat through a friend without charging me anything. So I had it in 24 hrs. Location is great. The beach front was incredible. The view is amazing. Great therapy for the soul. Breakfast was ridiculous. It’s not even worth the time and effort. Some stuff members were very mean and rude. And they spoiled the rest, who were otherwise wonderful people doing their best to give great service to guests.

Accommodation is beautiful and clean!!!! Unfortunately, almost immediately after checking out someone from the hotel messaged me on WhatsApp with a link to confirm my credit card information to scam money from me. The requester posed as the administrator of the hotel who knew all of the details about my stay - meaning this is someone from inside of the hotel.

It was clean and looks exactly as described. The receptionist were so friendly and the room service as well. Everything was on point.

We ordered a taxi to the airport through the hotel. The driver tried to charge us more than double the rate and the hotel did not take action. Be very careful. Damaged an otherwise great stay
