Super friendly and helpful staff. clean place. Close to the middle of the city. The road leading to it is a bit rough, but it's only like 100m.

nothing when i arrived at reception they told me no room available and try to overcharge me to get one room in other hotel

The people are really nice and helped me check in a little early due to the travel issues. They insured I had all I needed. The young lady for serving breakfast was AMAZING also, she took care of whatever we needed and was very professional and nice.

Friendly staff and helpful customer service was nice and well appreciated. Standard rooms could be a little better upgraded. Upgrades to newer smart tvs, ice machines, lounge areas.

Lady working at the reception tried to cheat me several times. First time she required that i pay stay in Tanzanian shillings in cash instead of Booking price in US dollars by card and price was almost 30k shillings higher in comparison to the exchange rate. The excuse was that the card payment system isn't working. I declined to pay and have paid tomorrow the exact Booking price in US dollars by card when i kept insisting on it. Second time was when i needed to wash clothes: a gentleman working in the laundry told me the price of 15k, when i got to reception price increased to 26k ? When i declined she lowered price. And third was when she chased me tomorrow to pay an additional 7k for clothes washing services directly to her, which I declined, because I already paid the full bill a day earlier. Dishonest workers like those shouldn't be working in hotels. Beside that they had a funny breakfast policy that you can take just one egg ?

The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was small but decent. Property is in Sinza and not far from restaurants and nightlife
