The staff members are very friendly and welcoming The noise next door I couldn't sleep, it's too noisy they should put sound prof or something.. The hotel is right next to a bar, I can't rate it properly because that noise you can't concentrate, and midnight it's even worse...I'm sorry ?

Nice location and great staff, especially Sarafina, who was very helpful. I stayed for 2 nights. Somw rooms phone do not work so u had to go down to reception everytime I want something

Lack of water every minute in the washrooms.When you order food it takes forever.No Wi-fi access in the rooms.One of the room attendant when cleaning took a chocolate bar from the fridge.So ensure when going out ensure your valuables are safe.
