Room service was amazing! The location was very busy during night hours.

The main receptionist (Neema) was amazing in welcoming, helpful and firendly, listening to guest needs. Mask wearing during the pandemic is essential and Neema did wear a mask while attending to me. Sanitizers are available in all public areas. Very delicious dinner provided as ordered and exceeds expectations. Breakfast is great, used locally produced foods, although I thought they could use ground coffee rather than instant coffee (almost a crime to use instant coffee in this coffee growing country with a variety of great arabica coffee). Rooms a quiet and a verandah is available if one wants to get the utside breeze and a good view of the surriunding streets. See photo Bathroom and toilet all as clean as expected. WIFI was excellent with no downtime - well done for consistency! All staff should wear a mask when serving customers indoors. Masks are only effective if worn by all. Consider providing ground coffee for breakfast (as oppossed to insatnt coffee). Consider installing a sink with running water in the restaurant for guest to wash their hands.

STAFF LOCATION

The staff were pleasant enough. The hotel was undergoing some construction and we was not made aware of that fact, so every morning we were woken up to the sound of banging and drilling right outside our room door not only that, we had dust coming in under the door, it was an absolute night mare. I asked management for a discount on the payment, but they were not obliging. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

It is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I felt secure because there is staff 24/7. When I booked free shuttle bus was on the list. They told me it was mistake and I should take taxi. No elevator yet.

New, clean, modern hotel with good breakfast. Over our 2 weeks stay in Tanzania it was the best hotel. The hotel is located not in the best neighbourhood, but the quality of premises and service compensate it.

The room was comfortable for the price we paid. Breakfast buffet was complete with all we wanted. They had a good selection of drinks at the bar and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The building was undergoing construction so the look of the hotel was not at its best. However the rooms were clean and comfortable.
