Very relaxing environment and professional, helpful staff. Private setting and safe with good security measures in place. Positioned in good neighborhood with easy access to popular tourist spots I think having a bar on site would be a bonus rather than using an external service to provide/deliver drinks once the guest has ordered, but in the main this was not a problem really. Even this service was efficient

Terrible experience. No water in all the toilets. Phone in the room did not work so unable to contact reception or room service or someone to help us with the bags. WiFi stopped working on the last day.

A very good surprise in Dar es Salaam: supportive staff, very good food, comfortable bed. An excellent choice in terms of price/qualify compared to other accommodations in Dar.

The hotel was quiet and safe The air conditioner was not very effective and the shower place was very small

Breakfast good, location good, parking good. The staff were excellent, helpful, pleasant. The food in the restaurant was very good and the fruit platter beautifully cut and arranged with delicious mango, pineapple, watermelon and banana. The shower in the first room we were shown only produced scalding hot water and would not turn to cold. We asked for a transfer and the shower in the second room was good. The air conditioning unit was too close to the bed and one side of the bed was very cold while the other was OK. We needed the air conditioning on as the temperature was 32 degrees C.

Nothing. Really bad experience. Will not recommend for the high cost and hideous location which is unable to even find on Google maps. Extremely poor service. No breakfast options. Hotel in a hideous spot. Receptionist are not helpful. I still have not received my payment receipt.. it's been a month. They said we will give on email or if we don't, keep calling us to follow up. Very rude and customer has to follow up for a receipt. Room feel very old.

The warm welcome and helping people. From the reception to the cleaner, to the person at the breakfast buffet everyone was friendly and really great Nothing! The swimming pool was empty, though. Luckily, we didn't have time to use it. ?

Great value for money, rooms are nice and spacious comfortable bed The noise from the work they doing on other rooms we werent told this while booking just found a notice on the wall when we arrived, the aircon was leaking water down the wall and slight splashing onto the bed and lastly the bathroom sink was blocked but these are minor things that I'm sure they will fix

Clean and good security Once you arrive late there is no option of food because the kitchen is closed and no takeaway restaurants that can deliver food to the room

The personnel were really welcoming and friendly. The bed we slept in was clean and freshly prepared just before we entered the room we slept in We had booked a twin room as we were traveling with a 5 year old child and needed the extra bed. The room was not prepared. Instead they offered us an apartment with an extra room which was also not prepared. There were cockroaches crawling everywhere in the apartment and seemed no one had stayed there in a while. We did not take the apartment, and were downgraded from our original booking to a room with only one bed for three people. No price offset was offered. The air-conditioning did not work and there was black mould in the shower sliding door which is only visible after you slid the shower door closed. The room (and curtains particularly) smelled like damp. We only ate toast for breakfast, and checked out as early as we could.
