Good facilities and amenities with a spacious room. The sheets in our room were dirty, as if they had not been washed properly and there were multiple blood stains on the sheets.

Good location. Friendly staff. First stay I had a city facing room, but the AC was not responding to the remote. Second stay I had a building facing room, but the AC in the second day room worked well. They were reachable and extremely responsive on WhatsApp. The water in the shower got cold after a couple of minutes. Balcony facing the city was better than the balcony facing the building adjacent to the room. City tax could have been mentioned in the conversations leading up to the booking. The WiFi in the lobby area was much slower than in the floors with the rooms, but they summoned a cab for me.

The housekeeper stole money out of my purse. Keep your valuables locked up and if they clean while you are there. Keep your valuables with you.. The worst thing that can happen is to be unsafe in a hotel you paid to be safe and comfortable.

Great staff. Great wifi for working. Beautiful hotel. My room is large with a great view from the balcony. Everything is perfect here. Nothing. All good

I liked everything about Kingjada, from the warm welcome from the receptionists, the food, cleanness of the place and the well kept rooms.

The hotel rooms and hallways are exceptionally huge. The elevators spacious, bathroom very impressive. Nothing to not like about this hotel

Somebody walked in my room while i was asleep and unfortunately for them they left with my room key card when i woke up the card was gone so there were no lights in the room thats how i knew, when i contacted receptionist they didnt even bother to find out what happened they just gave me another key card.I will report this to the police for their actions. I dont understand why they would do such a thing it is sooooo unsafe
