Facilities are functional even though they are old. Food is of consistent quality Many staff members are trainable to better serve guests. Great difficulty in communicating with staff. Most speak primarily Swahili with very limited proficiency in English Inept management - Unable to anticipate as well as prepare staff to perform Prompt to look for and assign blame on staff, whether poor service is due to individual failure or systemic chaos Facilities is poorly maintained

Staff very attentive and helpful There is a area carpet in the room. It looks old with stains on it. It doesn't look clean at all.
-
Friendly staff. Only 5 working channels on the TV. Three channels the same.

Nothing really; the decor was old; the bed head board was stained. The Hotel needs refurbishment. The staff members were accommodating and nice. Better decor, clean pool, overall cleanliness of the hotel.

The bed was comfortable . The wait staff was friendly. Nice seashell art in the entrance. Constant issues with plumbing, the water cut out while showering and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Turns out they turned the water off and I had to finish my shower and wash my hair in the sink. I had constant visits from maintenance only to get moved to another room with the same issues. I was under stress instead of relaxing due to packing and unpacking, knocks on the door and phone calls. The phone in both rooms didn’t work, I spent a good portion of my nights speaking with reception asking for help. The tv in one room only offered static as entertainment, while the other had very few channels and nothing interesting to watch. A smart tv upgrade would help improve the experience. Short swimming hours and the gym smelled horrible. I was very disappointed and will not be going back again.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially our service lady Rukia. The location is also really good :)

TV network has only channels. Bathrooms small. Rest everything good.

Location Some of the F&B staffs were terrible. The room not well cleaned upon arrival The bed didn’t have duvet cover what a shame The bathtub had leakage and it took long to get fixed I ordered my baby’s milk it took them two hours plus to deliver I had to call them again for just milk.
