Staff, rooms have a small kitchenette and location is good for my office. Loft rooms are great but they do get traffic noise from the busy road and junction behind the hotel. (Tanzanian drivers are not averse to using their horns...

The location was perfect. The calmness and the security and how quiet the place was really exceptional. The staff was more than friendly, helped in all ways and facilitate everything. The food was perfect in breakfast and even in dinner. The room is clean and comfortable. Everything was exceptional. The Tv had so little channels to watch, but it was ok.

A great location for both business and leisure visit to Dar es Salaam. Showers are due for upgrade.

Staff were fantastic. Location perfect for my office and Room lay out great as they have a separate bedroom. Kitchen units and wardrobes need renewing. They are old and and draws broken.

I did like the place. The kitchenette was a real bonus. Loft was fun and nice if you plan to meet business partners in your room. Rooms back on to a noisy road. Curtains could be thicker as light outside is quite bright.

Immaculate, spacious rooms. Quietness Special mention to ZamZam and Catherine at the restaurant. Genuine people and very professional. Getrude, the manager. Remembered every guests' names. Being allowed the use of an ironing table all week. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. Cold shower water every day. Although a 30 mins walk to the beach, the hotel is fairly isolated as far as local restaurants are concerned with only one local premises close by. Hotel Taxi failed to turn up on time after my arrival at the airport. Had to book a local one. Tiny, cramped gym but was ok if nobody else was using it at the same time. With an early departure to the airport on Saturday morning, I booked a airport shuttle through the hotel on Wednesday morning. I was assured everything was booked. On Friday evening I checked again and was it was booked.and the reception showed me where it had been written. On Saturday morning, there was no taxi and the hotel had to find an alternative. .

The property is clean and the staff attentive. It is located close to the place that o needed to go every day but it is also close to upmarket areas such as Slipway. The food in the local restaurant became monotonous after a couple of days. Occasionally, there were problems with hot water in the bathroom, particularly late morning. I was also asked to chance my room for no apparent reason and the room turned out to be worse.
