The Hotels location is very good, right at oystery bay The rooms are a bit old but still decent The beds are comfy and the staff was overall very helpful the gym is one of the most famous in town so that was wow I didn't get a wakeup call, which I reminded them twice The receptionist ran after me for the expenses which I paid last night to his colleague, and he was sitting right next to him during that time, which was kind of embrassing

Location was near to the shops, coco beach and facilities. Free membership whilst you were staying for the gym, health club and swimming pool. Restaurant and food was good. Staff very nice. Rooms were big with own small kitchen. Balcony was overlooking carpark and then road.

The hotel has very nice facilities and its staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are big, well furnishes and very comfortable. The breakfast is nicely diverse, with plenty of high quality options. The location of the hotel is very convenient in the Masaki area, quite close to restaurants, supermarkets, and business areas. The maintenance to repair/correct issues takes longer than I wished. In separate days I reported problems with the toilet water supply valve dripping, and the A/C not cooling properly and making ice. In both cases, I had to report it twice to get it solved. On the last day I went for breakfast very close to the closing time (10 AM), and, without realizing it, they cleared up everything. I think this could have been announced, especially if there were a few customers still eating and perhaps willing to go for a last round. This is a pity especially as the food taken back was probably going to be thrown away anyway.

Excellent Staff, breakfast, restaurant, and food options- with a huge bonus being able to use the gym and pool facilities during our stay! I am thankful accommodations were made to let us stay at the rate stated through Booking.com and their flexibility and understanding to allow us to extend our stay.

Breakfast is decent, but they need to improve on the Tea offering as Tanzania is famous for their Tea which is missing and Coconut water for breakfast. The fruits at the breakfast is not UpTo the mark

Breakfast was outstanding - different each day Gym is phenomenal - excellent variety of equipment for any time of training you need. Dry and wet sauna included I would change up the music near the elevators so its not the same song over and over.
