The only thing I'd suggest is keeping up with general maintenance and upkeeping — some rooms and bathrooms could use a bit of renovation and care over time. It's a small thing, though, and didn't take away from how well we were looked after.

The property is well located, comfortable, and well maintained. My room was clean, the environment very quiet I was able to work peacefully for a couple of hours, and the staff are friendly and very helpful, which made my stay pleasant. The main area for improvement is the kitchen, particularly in terms of variety during breakfast.

The location is great. The rooms are spacious and modern with a comfortable bed and the best shower (pressure and hot water). Breakfast was varied and coffee was fantastic. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend

There were no towels in the room when i got there, and there were grasshoppers everywhere. The quality of the shuttle for USD50...unbelievable. The aircon worked, and the fridge downstairs had Krest.

The room was clean and spacious . The bed was comfortable. The property is a walking distance to Coco Beach and most top rated and popular restaurants. The property does not have a pool. They should install one considering that the weather in Dar Es Salaam is extremely hot.

An excellent balance between features and value for money! The hotel is situated in a quiet and tranquil area, perfect for relaxation. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, adding convenience to your stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive—always ready to go above and beyond. If you have specific breakfast requests, they’re more than happy to accommodate, ensuring you start your day with a smile. Overall, this is one of those rare places where everything feels perfectly balanced and thoughtfully designed to meet your real needs. The only thing I felt could be improved is the lack of a dinner option, as the breakfast was already great, and having dinner available would make the experience even better. That said, I understand that perfection isn’t always possible, and it often comes with its own price and complexities.

the breakfast was good, local food and variaty of food, simply exceptional I think the staff should close the windows after cleaning to allow the aircon to cool the room.
