Value Delayed check-in and having my room changed the next day without my authorization. My room had been entered and my belongings transferred without my consent.

I let them know my wife would arrive 2 days ahead. Paid in advance. Stated her name clearly and got a confirmation by them. On Feb 28, 2025 when she arrived with our ONE YEAR OLD BABY they talked down to her in her native Swahili. They made her wait one hour in the lobby. Helping 2 other clients while she waited. Then put her in a room that is UNDER CONSTRUCTION with wet concrete, concrete dust and paint fumes. These conditions are toxic to humans and especially babies. After crying & protest she had to wait longer for a room that was dusty. After getting a room that was habitable the front desk women continued to be cold. This kind of inhumane service should be avoided.

Basic services covered, good housekeeping, nice restaurant room, welcomed with some good fruit juice Poor selection of fruits for breakfast, general low quality of cooked food, waiters lying on freshness of food, defective air conditioning in the room (takes several tries to turn it on and off)

The taxi service was reliable and they were very friendly and compassionate with our flight delays. We booked it for a night between connecting flights, especially this hotel for the mosquito nets. Sadly our room didn't have one, the air conditioning was also broken. The staff was friendly but it was difficult talking with the staff doing the night shift in English. They also told us that we should take the taxi to the airport at 6am for our 11:45am flight because of "traffic in the morning". The taxi only took 45 minutes and we could've had a lot more sleep. The assortiment for the breakfast was also not that great in comparison with other budget hotels we've visited. Also quite a lot of noise from outside the hotel at 2am.

I appreciated the complementary shuttle in the early morning to the buses. The facilities are very nice and many above-average touches for TZ. The only negative thing I have to say is that it is located in a busy and local area. Lots of local noise and semi-rough roads but that's not a major issue. That same location has the benefits of putting you right where you need to be to move around town or to your next destination. Would highly recommend for comfortable beds, cool AC, good food in the restaurant, excellent staff and location. The only negative thing I have to say is that it is located in a busy and local area.
