staff were really good and attentive in sorting out problems. it is right in the middle of town close to markets, shopping malls and best of all outdoor restaurant's.security is also good.pricing was good muskiness in the rooms cleanliness in the bathrooms humidity in the rooms

No air conditioner.

The juice was good and tea but Bread was a bit hard Repainting the toilet walls and changing towels

The room was dirty with roaches. They had definitely cleaned the room but it was the deep kind of dirt that is always there. Wi-Fi only works downstairs in the common room. Beds did not feel very stable or comfortable.

Central location and close to the Zanzibar ferry.

The hotel closer to the market as areas we visited. But rooms not the way I was expecting had to ask for inner bedsheets etc. Breakfast so bad Reception we got not good from staff

Hotel staff are the best, very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Location is excellent too, and clearly marked from the main street. The room size was good for the price. I booked a room with AC, and it cooled the room like a charm. Room is very quiet, despite the hotel being in a busy side of city centre, but you can't hear a thing inside the room.

I like the place its 20minutes drive to the airport , and if you want to go to Kariokor market its a walkable distance. I liked the fact that its close to a restaurant also which serves good meals. The bathroom water you can see the drainage system and they should provide blankest for the guest . I was given a sheet which was not warm enough.

Location, about 20mins to the train station. Eateries accessible from the property. Poor reception, hot showers available with dysfunctional taps. Reception area used as staff sleeping room. No effort was made to give us breakfast even though it was included.

An instituion in Dar Es Salaam, been going there for 20 years. It remained exactly the same. Convenient when in transit to other places and walking distance from the bus station ad ferry to Zanzibar.Feeling like a backpacker ready for a new adventure the next day and always great people passing through that you meet around the simple breakfast. Staff always on site. Fridge with water available at reception. NA

It's an old building, but it's clean, the bed sheets were clean, and also the bathroom. The stuff is nice and helpful.
