The hotel was centrally located and close to most of the offices around. The breakfast was a good standard and good value breakfast, and the staff were so helpful. The rooms were clean and I loved the service. If I stayed more since everything was soo nice

I wish to bring disposable Being a hotelier, i am expecting the receptionist should have customer service attitude. I was requesting a late check out due to my flight.. i am not finish with my request she already regret it. There is no flexibility in this hotel as if they are fully booked.

Only stayed one night so can't say very much. Location is pretty central in downtown, not much in walking distance but, views of other buildings if you're into that.

Customer service was very good - I asked for one of higher floors when I booked the room, and I was placed at 8th floor (out of 10). In addition, I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and I got an early check in from 9:00 AM. The facilities were very basic, and the cleanliness should be improved. In addition, Internet was very unstable.
