Unfortunately, my stay at Tiffany Diamond Hotels Ltd – Indira Gandhi Street was disappointing. The building and rooms are quite old and appear to require significant maintenance and refurbishment. The overall condition of the property did not meet my expectations, and I was not satisfied with the facilities or the experience. I hope the management will invest in upgrading the hotel to improve guest comfort and satisfaction.

I liked the hotel's location for it is close (like 10 minutes walk) to the Ferry port to Zanzibar, which was my final destination. My room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the warm shower and the AC worked well during my stay. Shops were close by as well and the neighborhood was well lit at night and appeared safe. The hotel has 2 branches in Dar es Salam (which I didnt know) and it was confusing knowing which one I had booked. I first went to one branch, from where I was assisted to get to the one I had booked.

Breakfast, large clean bedrooms, and a nice lobby space where you can receive visitors. I like the hotel location, surrounded by banks, restaurants, walking distance from Zanzibar Ferry Station and train station in case you want to travel to Dodoma or other places.

Breakfast is very good, many choices! The hotel meets my expectations in terms of location. My deluxe single room was big, nice bed, an armchair? Very nice. I also love the reception on the first floor. The space is wide and well furnished with nice sofas where you can receive your guests. Good job guys! I was so positively impressed and highly recommend Tiffany Diamond Hotel, Indira Ghandi Street. Not much. I already told the staff. I believe they will quickly take action

Solid location nice people and decent breakfast There was urine in the toilet upon arrival and it seemed like the manager did not care. Nothing was done, maybe a bit of a discount or something in return. Have some standards for your guests. Won’t be staying here again.

My stay with family was super comfortable, from the cleanliness of the room, to the friendliness of the staff, to the quality of breakfast offered. Best part was how good the staff was at offering to help us to the max. They even packed all three of us a generous amount of breakfast with fruit and sandwiches and hot milk since we were checking out very early in the morning and wouldn't have been able to make it to the buffet. Overall the value of money was absolutely worth it! Its definitely a good place to stay.
