Breakfast was same for the last 8 days of my stay. hence it was boring. Also Restaurant not open in the evening so had to go out to other places nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located, and I appreciate that the staff are polite and friendly. The hotel was below expectations. The room and bed had an unpleasant odor, which was disappointing given the price. I also saw cockroaches in the room, and mosquitoes were a major problem — I barely slept my first night and woke up feeling frustrated and exhausted. I reported these issues to management, and I sincerely hope they take action. On a positive note, the breakfast was nice on the first day, but it became repetitive as the same dishes were served every morning without any variation.

They need to place drinking water in the rooms like other hotels

Location of the hotel. Their breakfast was nice Customer service is lacking. As a guest I ordered for airport pickup and driver never came. Hotel management never took time to check and even show concern. The welcoming at reception is literally not there. Just a lady behind the reception gives you a lazy "karibu" ask you for id hands you the key and that's it you carry your own luggage find the room yourself find everything for yourself.

Very close to the ferry. The shuttle pick up from the airport for a reasonable extra cost was greatly appreciated. Nice hot showers. Butter chicken we ordered and was brought to our room was good. Breakfast was edible but nothing great. Check your room before you commit to it. We had done rooms within our group. And I had an issue with mine. Air conditioning didn’t work. Neither did the television.

Quality is far away from the price

The staff was very polite. I was allowed to leave my luggage in the reception after check out. Very uncomfortable bed (the mattress was so hard that it felt like sleeping on the floor). It is really noisy even though I was sleeping on the 6th floor. You can hear everything from the other rooms and from the streets. The tv didnt work. There were cockroaches in the toilet.

The staffs especially at the reception are hospitable The hotel is not well maintained my room was dusty and the mattress abit old. They didn't provide bottled water in the room. I didn't find value for money in this facility

Is near the ferry station

Close to the ferry station Horrible experience. I booked this hotel based on the photos , but the reality was completely different. The room had a horrible smell, the furniture was very old and worn out, the AC was extremely noisy, and the toilet was not clean. It felt nothing like what was advertised. I checked in, went to the room, and left shortly after because I couldn’t stay in those conditions. The hotel refused even a partial refund. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
