The hotel was fine for a short overnight stay before continuing our journey. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated having a place to rest after a late arrival. The room could use some renovation and better maintenance. There were signs of moisture and mold on the walls, and the overall condition did not match our expectations.

It is centrally located and has a very good price/value ratio, the room was small but modern and clean. It doesn't look too nice from outside but the room was clean and nice (although quite small and simple with very few amenities, no fridge, no kettle but you can't expect these extras for such a low price anyway).

I like the amenities such as bathtub, and smart tv. George was very kind and made sure our stay was pleasant. He also made sure we had a room with bathtub so we ended up staying an extra 2 days.

The room was big and clean. The floors were made from tiles which cooled down the room even though outside temperatures were pretty high. The stuff was helpful. And the wifi worked very well. The location was also good and the hotel was easy to find.

Super friendly staff, good location. Very basic room and facilities but it was clean, comfortable and good value for money. Hotel is a bit tired looking, but nothing different from what we saw in the pictures before booking. Also be aware there is no lift. We were on the 4th floor. However, the staff were great and carried our bags up for us.

Excellent, professional hotel staff who were willing to help in every way at any time, Namely Mr. James and Mr. Ali, to mention some of them. Hot water for coffee or tea was available at any time, however breakfast could be more varied.

Sophia hotel is extremely clean, hot water was great, location was walkable with good food option's. Excellent value. The breakfast was the bare minimum
