The hotel need overall maintenance specially in the toilets.

The Hotel staff is decent. Rest everything needs serious upgrade. The Hotel really needs an upgrade at the earliest. The room given to us lacked a lot of things. The bathroom door would not lock. , The AC would go down, very down and we would wake up in the middle of the night sweating. The interiors also need upgrade considering the charges. The breakfast is totally avoidable. Nothing worth mentioning. The staff is good though but theres only little they can do.

I booked here while looking for a place in town. Honestly, I had an amazing experience at the property. It is around 3 to 4 mins drive away from town (with transport being very easy and convenient to get). The staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness and the rooms were all top notch. The manager even helped me find some good places for dinner. In a nutshell, I would highly recommend it and I will definitely come back.

Great location, walking distance to many market places, downtown, bus stations, even the train station. Also fairly clean. The Wi-Fi was terribly slow and required a new pass from the front desk every 24 hours. I couldn’t even join a zoom meeting it was so slow, had to use a hotspot off my mobile. Also the restaurant was very mediocre, did not have any alcohol on offer, and the service was very poor. Finally complaint is that the water pressure was not good at all in the shower.

I dddnt like anything. The rooms were dirty. One of the guys who moved me to another room stole 100 dollars from me. They stole my money in the hotel. I am from Malawi and I will deal with the guy
