Very accessible to the venue of my meeting. None

It was quiet. Other than that I was highly disappointed. First off the rooms are in a basement. 3 flights of stairs to get down to our room. The room smelled like sewer. This is the poster hotel for the meaning of sht hole. The toilet wouldn't flush. Zero amenities in the room. You get air-conditioning and a tv and that's it. I use a handicapped 4 wheel scooter and couldn't even take it inside. I had to leave it in the parking lot. The room was listed at 872 pesos but when I got there it cost me 1300 pesos PLUS a 300 peso refundable deposit. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. For what they charged I could have rented a nice condo with all the amenities plus a pool for the same price.

The toilet and shower are so small; I saw a cockroach crawling behind the toilet for, and some flying mosquitos; mode of payment was limited, attendant is a bit inconsiderate on the mode of payment. The mode of payment was limited. The door is hard to close; it didn't make me feel welcome and comfortable with the place that I can't get to sleep. The place is boring and dull, not cozy to the eyes.

The ambiance is heavy and scary. I felt uncomfortable during my stay at night. It feels like there is bad energy in the place. I expdrienced it twice. Never again.

Room is air conditioned with hot shower. Very close to mcdonalds and jollibee fastfoods. Very clean room, beddings and towels. Good parking area with night security and cctv. There was no toilet seat.

Everything was terrible. I made the reservation days before and it was confirmed. When i checked in I was told they do not value and prioritize the reservations made thru this app. They cancelled it without even informing me. I ended up staying up until 4 am looking for a place to stay. The worst ever and i wonder why this app is doing business with this inn.

Very helpful and flexible staff. Room and aircon OK. Internet working good. A waterboiler in the room would be fine.
