Orchard Hotel

The property is very close to airport about 14 min ride, and there's 7/11 next to it, landry shop and 24 chicken. Mcdonald's and Jollibee are about 10 min walk and it's next to SM Lanang. Overall the location is amazing! They use very think blanket or more like a bedsheet which was a bit frustrating. There was no hot shower, no kettle but they have water dispenser each floor. They also don't have elevator so if you're at the third floor, it's going to be a good workout for you. The staff are very nice and the hotel is affordable so you get wha you pay for. You can extend until 3pm for 100 pesos per hour extension which was actually very helpful if your flight is later afternoon. 1) think blanket 2) No hot shower

No elevator

The appearance of the facility very clean and the staff always greeted. very friendly. There was absolutely no wi-fi No handicap facilities and available rooms with only twin beds and no queen bed as advertised. I explained i had just had surgery on my feet. And handicapped. No elevator. I was put on the 3rd floor. Baby roaches all over the room. Not even a small cup or a cup of coffee or a drinking glass available. For this type of hotel these accommodations in the room were totally unacceptable. I had to ask even for the remote to the television.

This kind of property os sub-standard service. Outside look like hotel but inside look like boarding house amenities. No elevator u need to use stairs very long in 3rd floor. Not good for vacation. No Shampoo No Toothbrush. Shower water is very slow. For me this kind of hotel is Garbage. I DONT LIKE THE PROPERTY ANYMORE WORST AND SUB-STANDARD

It is very close to airport and 24 hours reception. There is no elevator in the property and if your are with couple of luggage’s and if the room is in the third floor it will be difficult to get in.

We liked the location along JP Laurel St. There is a 7-11 nearby and Robinsons Cybergate is also nearby. We also liked the parking at the back of the hotel. It is our 2nd time to book here because it's value for money. There is no elevator. That is why I always asked if we can be on the 2nd floor. It is not disabled friendly. There is no basic amenity in the room like glasses for drinking or coffee cups. There is free hot and cold water along the hallways but if you did not bring your glass or cup it is also useless.
