Informed staff that we will arrive late but they gave away our room with the same last name and assumed that qe are together without knowing the booking reservation

Did not avail of the breakfast as there were better options outside. It has no elevator; Room cleaning takes forever; Aircon is loud; Pricey for what it is offering; Internet is not stable.

The aircon is right above my head. Also I don't think the shower heater is working.

Breakfast was okay for the cost, the location was fine but parking was tight. We have to request the guard to reserve a parking for us. They gave us a room close to the street, very noisy and the room is hot/humid and no water was coming out. We had to ask them to move us-the new room's bathroom has water leaks, my nieces' room had an old a/c, all rooms have no hair dryers. No elevators or bell boys, we have to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor!!! Be aware of this.

The staff, the guard were all accommodating. when I requested to change the beddings and they did not allow me to do so because it was already 7pm. But they fixed it on the other day.
