The bed was a little too hard for me.

Breakfast was expensive with regards to quality and quantity. The toilet was stinking ! We had to buy Lysol deodorant. Likewise, their elevator was very slow for a huge building and that requires another unit of elevator. Also, the elevator was down for more than 3 to 4 hours where our room was at the sixteenth ( 16th) floor ! Needs to improve their elevator service.

Location and extremely clean The security in front wouldn’t let us unload our luggage and toddler when we arrived. Instead they made us drive down three floors in the basement to unload and carry our toddler and luggage knowing that the elevator was not operating. We were not offered a luggage cart or any kind of assistance. Definitely not a place to stay if you are elderly or have small children.

receptionist and the cleaning lady were nice and helpful guards are so lazy and dont know how to give directions, they saw us carrying a lot of things and gave us wrong directions and just watched us walk away. we had to park in B2 because you rented out B1 to Aria and the elevator to B2 was under maintenance so we could not use it. the lack of transparency on the condition of the parking area is not ideal
